More than 20+ years of diverse set of senior Human Resources Management experiences and practices in Education Assessment, Learning & Development, and HR Consultancy Services. Worked in the Energy, Automation, Oil & Gas, Construction, and Project & Cost Management Services sectors.

Prior to Saudi Arabia and HAJ Gulf Company, he worked for 12 Years with Yokogawa Middle East & Africa as a Regional General Manager of Human Resources and Development of more than 2,500 team members in 14 countries. He is passionate about growing businesses and growing people and he held multiple local and regional roles across HR, ADMIN, Crisis Management and QSHE in the space of business partnering, Talent & Organization and Leadership & Succession Development and Business Reform & Transformation & Management of change at the company.
