Who we are and what we do

HAJ was founded in 1994 by Hesham Abdulrahman Jaafar Al Rayyes and is registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain as a wholly Bahraini-owned Single Person Company.

HAJ has been and continues to be involved in providing property and real estate services for major infrastructure projects mixed-use, corporate, commercial, residential, and retail projects throughout Bahrain and in the region.

Utilising a broad international base of experience together with an extensive knowledge of the Kingdom of Bahrain, HAJ’s objective is always to offer a level of service that will surpass expectation.
