Mohamed has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry which includes; Quantity Surveying, Cost Control and Commercial Management. Mohamed started his career in the construction industry working initially as a quantity surveyor for HAJ in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Mohamed soon progressed into a more senior role by taking full responsibility for the Cost Management Department within HAJ Bahrain of which he has successfully managed for the past 7 years.

Mohamed has extensive experience in the delivery of both pre & post-contract quantity surveying and cost management services to all of HAJ’s Bahrain clientele. A balance of both hands-on support and effective leadership skills has led to Mohamed being recognized as one the company’s most influential and successful Commercial Managers. This was evident during his time when directly managed a team of 40 commercial professionals within his department.

Some of Mohamed’s key strengths are; understanding & promoting the importance of ‘Value’, proactively addressing and resolving problems, implementation of efficient lines of communication, technical expertise and effective contract administration.
