Mr. Bagaeen is an experienced and diversified professional with over 30 years of a broad experience ranging from Engineering, Construction, Project and Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Investment Banking and Private Equity Investment. Prior to joining HAJ GULF KSA he held the position of General Manager and Project Director of Al Sahel Resort B.S.C and Bilaj Al Jazayer W.L.L two major master developments in the Kingdom of Bahrain, owned by the Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company.

Before that he held the position of Director of Investments at Venture Capital Bank, as well as holding various board positions on multiple companies during his tenure there.

Prior to that, Mr. Bagaeen held the position of Assistant Vice President and Operations Manager in Projacs International. An Engineer by profession and certified PMP (Project Management Professional), Mr. Bagaeen worked in the real estate development and construction industry for over 30 years on a wide range of multiple and diversified projects.

Mr. Bagaeen holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Jordan.
